PASS BOOK Platinum is Network ready (LAN) and is licensed for up to ten (10) work stations. It comes with the same binders (one set only) as PASS BOOK Gold and accesses the Green Zone resource center. Additional licenses are available - contact us for details.
PASS BOOK Silver is primarily designed for companies that have existing DOT compliant programs and are looking for help in tracking date sensitive issues and saving money on forms. PASS BOOK Silver has the same core software program as the other PASS BOOK versions. It does not come with the PASS BOOK binders and does not access the Green Zone. PASS BOOK Silver is a single license application.
PASS BOOK Gold is designed to help new companies that are just starting their DOT safety compliance program. It is also perfect for companies that have been in business for awhile but have never really organized their safety program. It comes with PASS BOOK binders, one for company and driver issues and one for vehicle inspections. The binders are guide books designed to walk you through setting up your DOT safety program. They have seven tabbed sections which are the areas generally involved in an DOT audit or review. Each section comes with instruction pages that will help you complete the tasks needed for each section. The heart of this PASS BOOK and all the PASS BOOK programs is the management software. This software tracks date sensitive items, is your forms inventory and your portal to the resource center Green Zone. PASS BOOK Gold is a single license only.
